OCEEMS Newly Created GUI User Cannot See Eagle STP in Configuration Management (Doc ID 2556135.1)

Symptoms

 A new user is created in OCEEMS GUI and is given rights to Eagles for sending commands via OCEEMS Configuration Management. But once logged in with that user, there are no Ealges seen in Configuration Management.

Changes

 A new user is created.
