DSR Unable To Edit IDIH Local Zone Certificate (Doc ID 2556596.1)

Goal

Recently we added a new certificate for NOAM/SOAM GUI. I wanted to do the same for IDIH GUI but was unable to replace it.
Can you please point me to a procedure or guide me how to change this.
