Symptoms

An issue was reported where the counter measure "Realm_And_IMSI_Consistecy_Check" is reporting action as Detected even when the MCC and MNC values in IMSI and Origin Realm match

For eg. below trace is detected even when the MCC and MNC values in IMSI and Origin Realm are matching
