How to Bring Session SBR From OOS To In-Service?

NOTE: This solution fits to following scenario:

Server1 has Resource HA Role OUT OF SERVICE (should be ACTIVE or STANDBY) and is also DC when seen in command line by by ha.info -d

Server2 has Resource HA Role SPARE (should be ACTIVE or STANDBY)

Server3 has Resource HA Role ACTIVE (should be spare)

Before performing the steps mentioned in solution, make sure to relate that the situation is hand is similar and no other network/hardware related issues are present on servers. It is expected that Oracle technical support is already involved for corrective actions.
