Symptoms
SGD Administrator received reports that Gnome 3 / Solaris 11.4 desktop sessions provisioned to remote users via Secure Global Desktop lock remotely after a period inactivity. When the locked application is displayed in a "Client's Maximum Size," this credentials challenge may be confusing for newer users, who incorrectly attempt their local client password, and are unable to unlock the application.
For reference, the instructions below outline the procedure to disable Screen Lock in Gnome 3 Sessions on Solaris 11.4 deployments.
