Symptoms
The panic string will be:
Deadlock: cycle in blocking chain
Depending on which of the two threads involved in this deadlock detects the condition the panic stack will either include these functions:
iscsit_cmd_window
iscsit_advance_expcmdsn
iscsit_rxpdu_queue_monitor_session
or these functions:
iscsit_tgt_bind_sess
sess_sm_new_state
sess_sm_q1_free
