Symptoms
LTO4 written tape has an LTO3 external label. The library will not load the tape on an LTO6 Drive for read activity.
LTO3 tape was written by an LTO4 tape drive. The LTO4 written tape should be able to be read by an LTO6 drive but the library won't move the tape to the drive.
Changes
LTO4 tape drives have been removed from the environment since the tape was written years ago.
