Symptoms
Identity mapping rules present, but not taking effect. Mapping test in services/identity mapping returns default value for mapping despite defined rule.
Note that this can also be caused by malfunctioning LDAP, NIS or AD servers. To verify this is the issue, enter the following at the appliance kit admin prompt:
