Symptoms

According to customer SL3000 config issue after NBU 7 upgrade.


According to log analysis No issued found with the robot and drives
Error found from NBU : mode_sense failed
sense key = 0x2, asc = 0x74, ascq = 0x71, UNKNOWN ERROR, KEY: 0x02, ASC: 0x74, ASCQ: 0x71

Changes

 Upgraded NetBackup to 7.0
