ACSLS is not restarting successfully due to timeout errors when verifying the LSMs:
The PTP elements list from the LMU does not include the pass thru ports mentioned in the acsss_event.log.
( To see the PTP elements list, capture an ACSLH trace while ACSLS is starting up. The trace log, acslh.log must be uploaded to the SR and decoded by the ACSLS support engineer. )
A library in a library complex was removed from the ACSLS configuration using 'config acs'.
