DSR GLA Get Gateway Answer Received With No Data of PCEF (Doc ID 2600225.1)

Goal

While testing the GLA feature, following test case is unsuccessful:

  1. An active binding is present in binding SBR
  2. GGA response back to Gateway Query Client has no data ("Data is empty") in the Session-Originator AVP, though it did provide the APNs that the subscriber has up.
