Symptoms

Active SBC crashed due to tAuditpusher crash and the OOS SBC was unable to synchronize with the new Active SBC.

Changes

 The health check timer was only introduced from 7.4 onwards  and that is the reason why this 'condition' of health check firing and system rebooting was not observed in 7.3 .
