SL150 - Tape Drives Connectivity Issue When Directly Connected to Emulex 32Gb FC HBA

NOTE : This is a new installation. SL150 Tape library with 2 IBM LTO7 Tape drives.
Emulex Corporation Lancer Gen6: LPe32000 Fiber Channel Host Adapter
Symptoms
Library is attached to x7-2 server via Fiber and customer observed errors on console when FC is plugged in.
1. Changed HBA to a new one - Errors still persists
2. Changed FC cables - Error still persists
3. Reinstalled the OS - Error still persists
HBA : Emulex Corporation Lancer Gen6: LPe32000 Fiber Channel Host Adapter
Customer observed the below error in host (messages in the console and /vae/log/messages. )
