Files from provisioning server are not transferred to the EPAPs.
- The secure shell (ssh) File Transfer Protocol (sftp) connection attempt is refused as indicated below:

EPAP servers are working fine without issues: syscheck is clean, all processes are running and you are able to connect to ssh.

Customer did security changes on their provisioning servers.
