After Upgrade SDM From 8.1 To 8.2 Apache Http Server Is Not Running. (Doc ID 2613542.1)

Goal

After Upgrade SDM from 8.1 to 8.2 Apache Http server is not running when start SDM application.

[nncentral@testsdm1lsat bin]$ ./startnnc.sh
Starting Back-End server now 26 of 26 services Starting Apache servers... .. . .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
Exception in checkApacheServers(). Reason: Exception in CheckApacheServers.checkServersRunning(). Reason: ILLEGAL_STATE: Apache Http server is not running.
Triggering server shutdown...
