Symptoms

Unable to Start SharedShell Session.

Fails with error Failed to start shared shell conference. java.rmi.ServerError: Error occurred in server thread; nested exception is: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

 

Log file SharedShellBridge.0.txt show's the following warnings.

 

WARNING at startSharedShellSession(): startSharedShellSession
    java.rmi.ServerError: Error occurred in server thread; nested exception is: 
    	java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space


WARNING at startSharedShellSession(): Failed to start shared shell conference. java.rmi.ServerError: Error occurred in server thread; nested exception is: 
	java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
