Symptoms

The Solaris Multipathing (MPxIO/scsi_vhci) Target Port Group Support (TPGS) Access State is not consistent with the state reported by the storage after a storage controller reset or failover.

The sg_rtpg utility distributed with the Solaris 11 pkg:system/storage/sg3_utils can be used to verify the TPGS Access State reported by the storage.
