Symptoms
The ACSLS installation procedure for Linux systems automatically detects whether SELinux is enabled, in either permissive or enforcing mode. If enabled, three policy modules are installed (allowPostgr, acsdb, acsdb1) as described in the ACSLS documentation.
Reference Document 2603928.1 regarding an issue that could prevent those modules from being installed.
Despite having those ACSLS policy modules in place, customers have reported issues, that affected their ACSLS database, after a period of otherwise successful activity. The PostgreSQL database server would simply crash after a period of time as follows:
