RTRV-GTA Has Data Format Issues On Comma-Separated Values (CSV) File With File Transfer Protocol (FTP) FTP-based Table Retrieve Application (FTRA) v4.5 And EAGLE Release Is 46.5.1 (Doc ID 2622156.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 18, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Communications EAGLE (Software) - Version EAGLE 46.5 to EAGLE 46.7 [Release EAGLE 46.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer parsing tool is failing to process the FTRA 4.5 (Windows based) CSV output of rtrv-gta of an EAGLE with Release 46.5.1.0.0.

The CSV file has two format issues:

Issue 1:

The FTRA CSV output of rtrv-gta is missing delimiters for the last two header fields DEFMAPVR and PRIO records when SETTYPE<>OPCODE

Only the records with SETTYPE=OPCODE are parsed successfully as fields are populated correctly.

Issue 2:

The column data is off starting at the new column header "CHECKMULCOMP" instead of starting on under NDGT throwing the rest of the data off by one column.

Changes

System was upgraded from R46.3.0.0.0 to R46.5.1.0.0
