While trying to modify local-policy, SBC is showing error "Error 400 saving configuration LocalPolicy" and not allowing local-policy modification

SBC(local-policy)# to (123 abc.com 456)
SBC(local-policy)# done
% Error 400 saving configuration LocalPolicy
