Symptoms

Target Releases on a USB cannot be downloaded to Inactive Partition during HC2 Procedure 3.18 Verify Source Database Note 5.

• 46.6.5.0.0-73.31.1.tar.gz
• 47.0.0.0.0-78.7.0.tar.gz
• 46.8.2.0.0-75.18.19.tar.gz
• 46.9.0.0.0-76.28.0.tar.gz

Changes

- System is being upgraded to a newer release.

- System upgraded from 46.5.0.0.1-70.39.1 to 46.6.2.0.0-73.26.0 without issues; usb created with the same 3 files and read getrel completed successfully.
