Log Files Defined In /etc/logrotate.d/syslog Failed To Be Rotated Due To "No Such File Or Directory"

Symptoms
As you see below, messages files were not rotated since April 25 2019.
All other log files under /etc/logrotate.d/syslog appear the same symptom as messages file does.
