Goal
How To Clear Critical Alarm 0313 Destination Point Code (DPC) Is Prohibited When The Linkset Is In Allowed Status And The Affected DPC Is Non-Adjacent?
0313 - DPC is prohibited
Alarm Example
Traffic to the DPC is prohibited. Possible causes:
* All routes to this DPC are unavailable.
* Adjacent point code link failures or non-adjacent failure in the route.
* In case the affected DPCs are a non-adjacent point codes, which are reached thru DPC#1, if the affected DPCs are not reached from DPC#1, the affected DPCs will be marked as prohibited. Signalling-route-set-test procedures will change the status to allowed when DPC#1 sees the affected DPCs as allowed, and the Signaling Transfer Point (STP) is informed via a Transfer Allow (TFA) signaling route management message.
