Symptoms

 After upgrading to 6.2p4 we have synchronization problems in the database.

  Last_SQL_Error: Error 'Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`ipcr_db`.`sessions_recordings`, CONSTRAINT` fk_session_recording_tmp_recordings1` FOREIGN KEY (`tmp_recording_id`) REFERENCES` tmp_recordings` (`recording_id` NO) ON UPDATE N) 'on query. Default database: 'ipcr_db'. Query: 'delete from tmp_recordings where vmg_id = 3'

Changes

 Customer upgraded the software from 6.2p0 to 6.2p4.
