Explain the KPI  "Number of outgoing timed-out transactions with a certain message" (under "Advanced Metrics/Transactions") including how OCSM classifies a transaction as timed-out.

Confirm if the "Session timeout for calls" value in the System Settings relates to this KPI and whether it can be customized.
