Lemd logfile filled with 'failed 500' minor category entries (Doc ID 2643606.1)

Symptoms

 'failed 500' minor category events are observed in the lemd logfile for every 5 minutes in the SBCs every when trying to connect to NNC/SDM . The events would look something like mentioned below:

Jan 01 02:06:36.570 lemd@acmesbc: MINOR GET 323851 from 10.20.30.40:3863 failed 500

Jan 01 02:11:36.629 lemd@acmesbc: MINOR GET 324100 from 10.20.30.40:3899 failed 500
