Symptoms

The comm-manager link is dropping and reconnecting frequently

The link to our OCSM server using the 'comm-monitor' element is generating an Alarm that repeats multiple times in the last several hours. Example below:

 Added multiple entries to the comm-monitor element on the SBC.
