Symptoms
Manual Data Collection in STA is Failing.
Customer installs and tests new STA 2.3.0 with an SL8500 complex of 5 libraries. As of now 4 of 5 libraries are configure and communicates with the STA server, but library #3 encountered test connection failures. A couple of subtle differences are library 3 is reporting elevator issues and only has HBC instead of HBCR (higher performance controller card). This library complex reports high usage.
