Symptoms

Issue Clarification

1. SD-WAN Edge device interface auto-negotiating to half-duplex

2. Zero link light activity with the SD-WAN Edge interface properly configured

Issue Clarification:
------------------------------------------------------------

1.  Physical cabling: tested and validated for proper connections to the SD-WAN Edge device and infrastructure devices

2.  SD-WAN Edge configuration: at the web interface, navigated to Configuration > Local Network Settings, some interfaces not set to auto-negotiate as well as displaying half-duplex

2.  LAN switch review: switch configuration we observed interface connections to the SD-WAN Edge device with some interfaces statically set duplex/speed and some interfaces as auto for duplex/speed
