Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.4.X: Deleting Guest vServer From EMOC Failing With "GEN_000002:No object of type Vm with id" Error (Doc ID 2645834.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.4.X Virtual racks, you may observe issue of unable to delete few Guest vServers from EMOC. These Guest vServers may show in EMOC BUI console with an Orange dot as a status.

When attempting to delete these Guest vServers, EMOC  job fails with the following error:
