Symptoms
In Exalogic 2.0.6.4.X Virtual racks, you may observe issue of unable to delete few Guest vServers from EMOC. These Guest vServers may show in EMOC BUI console with an Orange dot as a status.
When attempting to delete these Guest vServers, EMOC job fails with the following error:

Problem mentioned in this Note can happen due to following actions.
- The guest vServer may be a ghost vServer from a manual vServer template creation attempt (cloned vServer for template creation was not cleaned up from OVM).
(or) - Guest vServer may have been deleted from OVM manager.
