Due to a marginal SAN switch port, a Dell EMC SYMMETRIX storage array terminated some commands with CHECK CONDITION status, with the sense key set to ABORTED COMMAND, and the additional sense code set to INTERNAL TARGET FAILURE.
SCSI Sense Key Bh ABORTED COMMAND: Indicates that the device server aborted the command. The application client may be able to recover by trying the command again.
