HSM - Unable To "label" New Tapes (Doc ID 2652159.1)

Symptoms

 Importing new tapes results in a MEDIA ERROR being generated for the imported tapes.

Changes

Customer imported 10 brand-new STK T2 sport tapes into HSM recently and when the system tried to use these for writing, they all failed with 'Media Error'. All 10 failed on T10K-D drives. The customer then tried one of these tapes on a C drive with a tplabel command and it also failed.
