Goal
Customer required sip-manipulation (HMR) to:
->It will put +abcdefg into rn filed and add npdi on it
->Also to remove the rn i.e. +abcdefg from the uri user of the Inbound RURI and will leave the full DDI as +ab <DDI>.
For example
"INVITE sip:+abcdefg1111111@ppp.com;user=phone " will be changed to INVITE sip:+ab1111111;npdi;rn=+abcdefg@ppp.com;user=phone SIP/2.0
