Symptoms

BDA  Storage Status is showing as "Not Available" in ILOM

ILOM gets its storage status from HMP running on the OS, and this is not providing it because the hmp process is failing to start with "ERROR: Platform not supported".

Changes

 Motherboard had been replaced when the issue started.
