DSR DRA Routing Success Rate Formula
(Doc ID 2658146.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 21, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 8.2.0 and laterTekelec
Goal
How to find the best formula to calculate the DRA Routing Success Rate (SR).
It should show the number of routable requests received divided by the number of routable requests sent to an upstream peer. Anything that didn’t route because of whatever reason (node down, no routing rule found etc) would degrade this KPI.
The proposed formula is TxPeerRequests/RxPeerRequests.
However, it is observed that sometimes TxPeerRequests are greater than RxPeerRequests.
