Details

 In alignment with Oracle's Hardware Support Policies, the following document will provide the customers the information and ability to perform simple hardware health checks of their VSM, VSM6, VSM7 and/or VLE product.

Actions

PREREQUISITES

1. Customer needs to have network access to the Service Delivery Platform 2 (SDP2) BUI.

2. Customer needs login credentials for the SDP2 Browser User Interface (BUI) to perform the VLE, VSM6 or VSM7 health checks.

3. The device for opening a ASR health check needs to be registered for Auto Service Request (ASR) and My Oracle Support (MOS).

  

Customers can perform VLE, VSM6 and VSM7 health checks by simply accessing the SDP2 BUI and performing the step by step procedures outlined in either the Portable Document Format (PDF) or the PowerPoint (PPT) presentation in the link below.
