Not getting data from Eagle to IMF servers (Doc ID 2668747.1)

IMF is not getting any traffic from STP. While troubleshooting found error "Cannot send FastCopy Heartbeat" at IMF fcMonitor logs.

Issue which basically with the IP links (SLIC using IPSG), SIGTRAN data copy from Eagle to IMF.

Eagle IP are reachable from NSP and IMF servers.

Customer reported that site was powered down.
