How Do I Enable Alerts?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If an event occurs that you believe you should have received an email alert for, but did not, please check that email alerts are enabled, and that they are done so for the specific event type you are interested in. Email Alerts can be enabled and configured in the GUI under Event Management > Configure Alerts and Events. Turn them on, then configure them at the bottom of the page.
I would like to be notified when certain network events occur, where can I configure this?
