Symptoms

 ISSUE:

Ø We understand the “httpd” service is not coming up as there have been security implemented via certificate files.
Ø Problem: No one knows the “passphrase”.
Ø Who sets-up the “passphrase”? The answer is a certificate issuer. In our case VF-Security Team.
