Goal

When attempting to create a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) under the DSR NOAM Main Menu / Administration / Access Control / Certificate Management / [Create CSR] screen, the Common Name field has a default *.example.com entry wihich is appended to all entry selections (server hostnames).  How can this domain (suffix) be changed?
