Session border controller: Session-translation with multiple translation rules not working on software nnSCZ8.3M1p2 (Doc ID 2672685.1)

Symptoms

Post upgrade of Session border controller from software version SCz810m1p23 to SCz830m1p2. It was observed that session-translation with two translation-rules is not applied. Removing
one of translation-rules resolves the issue.

 Just for the clarity, non working configuration:
