Symptoms

There is a discontinuity between the EAGLE TimeStamp (ETS) broadcast and what the card expects.

UIM 1032 is reported only on the affected card (on the example below it is on card 4315) as seen on the logs:

There were more than 300 UIMs reported in a ~2 hour period (from Report Date:20-05-12 Time:14:56:30 to Report Date:20-05-12 Time:16:39:58).
