Symptoms
Cannot read any tape loaded on one drive agent.
The drive is enabled and enrolled as shown on the QueryAgents.txt file in the OKM system dump.
The OKM audit event log shows keys are being retrieved by the drive agent.
The problem is affecting only one tape drive.
