Symptoms

A 5TB Netapp iSCSI LUN is visible in format when using 1gb NIC but when using 10gb NIC format, iscsiadm and dladm commands hang.

 Our customer had recently changed to a new network, and went from using 1gb NIC cards to 10gb NIC cards
