Goal

 Problem Details

Scale out feature has limit on MPs that can be scaled out to 8 even if "Arbitrary Size" json is used. VNFM user guide suggests that "Max allowed VNFC count is the count from existing VNF's flavourId with Large InstantiationLevelId." thus it follows large profile on VnfSizing.yaml file under /usr/share/vnfm/openstack which is set to 8.

Customer Requirement

To have ability to scale up to 16 MPs.

error on VNFM in case sizing file is not changed
