GATEWAY CLIENTCERT LIST DOES NOT SHOW CERTIFICATE WHEN LOCALE IS NON-English

Symptoms
Customer may find that even though they have imported a client certificate to the keystore.client of SGD Gateway, it does not show in the "gateway clientcert list" result.
At the same time by below command, customer can confirm that the client certificate has been imported successfully.
# keytool -list -v -keystore /opt/SUNWsgdg/proxy/etc/keystore.client -storepass 'cat /opt/SUNWsgdg/etc/password'
Checking the locale of the SGD Gateway server, customer may find their locale is not in English. For example, the locale can be JA_JP.UTF-8.
