VSM6/VSM7 - SIM message 6007, SLS7516E reporting FSC 7300C or FSC 73200 (Doc ID 2689360.1)

Purpose

SIM message SLS7516E reporting FSC 7300C or FSC 73200

SIM is a System Information Message and is posted on the Host System console.
Every SIM message is comprised of SLS6659I, SLS7516I, SLS7517I, and SLS6974I messages.
Document all SIM SLS messages in the SR.

Also document any messages that may be related to the problem, just prior or just after the SIM messages.
Include the date and times of all messages.

 

Fault Definitions:

FSC 0007300C - Nearlink IP (Clink) Path Status change
FSC 00073200 - Nearlink IP (Rlink) Path Status change

These messages would occur if the state of a Clink or Rlink changed from Offline to Online, or Online to Offline.

 

Example of SLS messages for SIM FSC 0007300C (FSC 00073200 will be similar) plus some additional console information.

Note: 6007 is a reporting code to accommodate the SLS6659I format.  The actual fault code is in SLS7516E.
