Symptoms

Fraud Monitor DBTS Rule is not raising any dynamic incidents, calls are seen being processed but no Incidents are generated.

Changes

 New installation of 4.3.0.1.0 and moved previous DBTS Rules from 4.2.0.0.0 were the incidents were seen as expected.
