DSR 8.4.0.5 SOAM Dashboard is Inaccessible after the upgrade (Doc ID 2695550.1)

After upgrade to Release 8.4.0.5, the Dashboard option (Diameter Common -> Dashboard -> Dashboard) is not accessible from the SO GUI.

When Dashboard is clicked on the active SO GUI, nothing is shown and each click spawns new top.myrole command process which consumes a lot of CPU.

The Dashboard menu works fine from NO GUI
