Symptoms

 

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) account did not work see error below.

Error on object storage page:  "you do not have authorization to perform..or the resource could not be found".

  The alert log indicated:
     class = alert.ak.appliance.nas.cloud.target.fail
     reason = invalid property (http error: The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found)

Changes

Customer was running an evaluation of Oracle Cloud backup from the appliance to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
